Rare Italian Wine Vertical Tasting and Dinner at Resto

Join us for a rare opportunity to taste multiple vintages of some great Italian wines over dinner at Madison’s Resto on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2011 beginning at 6:30 PM

Over a five course wine pairing menu prepared by Chef Rob Ubhaus, Italian Wine Expert Massimo Galvano will walk us through seven vintages of five of Italy’s great wines, showing the subtle nuance and grace with which they age.

Tickets will be $175 per person, and include:

*Due to the very limited availability of these library vintages, we will be limited to 1 oz tasting pours (but with seven vintages of five wines, no one will go away thirsty!)
**Please note that Interfaith Food Pantry donation and credit toward wines being offered that evening are a non-negotiable part of the price of dinner. You may pass up the opportunity to purchase wines that evening, but said credit toward wines will be forfeited and non-refundable.
