Here are the details:
1st Course: Mushrooms stuffed with lump crab meat, finished in a Wente sauvignon blanc scampi sauce paired with 2009 Wente Vineyard Selection Sauvignon Blanc
2nd Course: Mesculin salad with roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, and balsamic vinaigrette paired with 2008 Wente 1883 Chardonnay
3rd Course: Penne pasta in a pink champagne sauce paired with 2007 Wente Sandstone Merlot
4th Course: Filet mignon finished in a Wente cabernet sauvignon mushroom sauce paired with 2007 Wente 1883 Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dessert Course: Profiteroles (Italian cream puffs) with coffee or espresso and 2008 Wente Vineyard Selection Riesling
