One of Wayne NJ's most popular Italian restaurants and the top wine shop in North Jersey have teamed up to provide a very, special food and wine pairing dinner. Positano's Italian Restaurant and Gary's Wine & Marketplace are happy to announce a five course dinner specially prepared by Chef Steve Catalano featuring a different wine to accompany each course.

The dinner will feature some incredible wines from Napa Valley, Oregon and the finest wine regions of Italy! The night will feature a Prosecco that you'll be able to enjoy as you walk in the door and there will be a couple of surprises - a perfect night for any wine lover!

The food prepared by Positano's Chef Miguel Palaguachi is influenced by various Italian dishes from the Amalfi coast.
