- St. Peter's Grapefruit Ale- Grapefruit and wheat beer combine, offering notes of zesty grapefruit among a harmony of hops and malt.
- St. Peter's Organic English Ale- This traditional English ale is made from organic hops and St. Peter's own single strand yeast, offering clean, crisp flavors and a citrus aftertaste.

Saturday Wine Tasting: Hot-Diggity-Dog Wines
The National Hot Dog and Sausage Council (a legit organization) estimates that Americans consume upwards of 20 billion hot dogs a year. And fittingly enough, this Saturday, July 23rd is National Hot Dog Day. So belly up to our tasting counters this Saturday from 12-4PM for a taste of these wines that go great with America’s favorite meat-in-tube-form.
-Casa Dora Cava: Believe it or not, one of the best matches to rich foods can be a palate cleansing Spanish bubbly. Try a deep fried Jersey Ripper or a bacon and bean-topped Sonoran with this one.
-Mud Pie Chardonnay: Crisp and refreshing, this Mendocino Chardonnay washes down a veggie-topped Chicago Dog or Southern Slaw Dog like nothing else.
-The Culprit Sonoma Red Wine: A Syrah and Zinfandel based Sonoma blend that’s full of rich berry fruits and hints of spice is a perfect match to chili topped Michigan Red Hots or Coneys.

Presidente Beer Event in Wayne
Saturday Tasting: Pinot Battle, '09 Burgundy vs. '09 California
James Laube of the Wine Spectator posed the question, "is 2009 California's best Pinot Noir vintage yet? ...the numbers are off the charts" he says.
Meanwhile, Robert Parker and his crew have been gushing over 2009 Burgundies. "The 2009 red Burgundies have attracted considerable attention for their ripe, seductive personalities…"
So will California’s Pinots best Burgundy’s Pinots in this vintage, or will Burgundy hold its ground? Does everyone win in this game? Join us this Saturday between 12 and 4PM to decide for yourself, as we taste:
2009 Domaine Paul Pillot Bourgogne (Burgundy)
2009 Going Forward Pinot Noir Russian River Valley (California)
